Shipping Policy:

We ship out our product by priority mail via The United States Postal Service. They are fast and efficient, they also provide tracking and on time delivery.

Priority mail, within the United States usually takes 2-3 days. Orders that are placed on the weekends will be shipped out on Tuesday. Orders made during the week will be shipped out on Friday. It takes 48-72 hours for all orders to be processed. Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within one day of shipping out. Our shipments are insured. 

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please email us at brothers.growthllc@gmail.com

 

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
